Miss CAO
Ms. Cao graduated from Northeast Normal University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature, and also obtained a minor degree in Law from Jilin University. She immediately obtained a master's degree in Chinese language and writing from Fudan University in 2006; In 2018, he was awarded the Education Management Qualification Certificate by the Harvard School of Education.
Ms. Cao has over a decade of international education experience and has taught Chinese courses at the School of International Cultural Exchange at Fudan University. She has also held positions such as Senior Teacher and Deputy Editor in Chief of Curriculum Development at Shanghai New World Education Group. Since joining a certain international school in 2008, Ms. Cao has taught courses such as non native Chinese, IGCSE, and IB in high school, and has been awarded as an excellent teacher for many consecutive years.
Miss SHI
Teacher Shi joined the education industry in 1988 and initially worked as a teacher in the UK. In 1996, he held leadership and management positions in schools around the world, including Serbia, China, Thailand, Nigeria, Libya, and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Shi holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with Honours and was awarded the Ofsted School Inspectorate qualification in 2014. He also earned a Master's degree from Liverpool Hope University with outstanding grades. In addition to the schools he works for, Mr. Smith also assists in the development of multiple schools through the School Support Schools program in Norfolk, UK.
Miss MI
Ms. Mi graduated from Hunan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, and later went to the Chinese University of Hong Kong to pursue a master's degree in Mathematical Philosophy. During this period, she engaged in research in the field of fractal geometry. After starting work, I self-taught and completed my undergraduate degree in English education at South China Normal University, and obtained the "School Management and Leadership" certificate from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Business School.
Ms. Mi has over ten years of international education experience and has been engaged in teaching IGCSE, ALevel mathematics, and additional mathematics for a long time. She is proficient in the international assessment courses at the University of Cambridge.
Miss MA
Mr. Ma is an experienced educator with over 10 years of educational experience. He graduated from Hamilton College, Cambridge with an Honours Education Bachelor's degree in Physics. Teacher Bei first held the position of principal in 2008, and later worked in international schools in China, Malaysia, Kuwait, and Oman. Teacher Bei has taught in primary and secondary schools and has extensive experience in the UK National Curriculum and International Diploma Program. His educational philosophy is to ensure that every child can unleash their potential both inside and outside the classroom. His goal is to support every child in becoming a successful lifelong learner and a well-rounded individual, ensuring that every child is safe, happy, and achieves good grades during school.
